I already paid off one item and wanted…

I already paid off one item and wanted to order something else. However they won't change my address on my account. I sent a copy of lease and a copy of my rental insurance with new address. Still won't change the address. They want me to go to the DMV and reissue license I my new address which is unnecessary since I just have to report it. I am unwilling to pay for a new license for that reason. I am willing to never purchase from them

Will never buy from flexshoper.com ever…

Will never buy from flexshoper.com ever again. At the start of my lease with flexshoper.com. I was told "apon request I can do bi weekly payments for items." I put a request in for bi weekly payments and was denied instantly. Ever since thin its been a a battle just trying to pay off my account. Also they will take money out of your account at any time outside of the agreement. They charged my account on Friday and it went through just fine. Then they double dipped into bank account for another payment. Of course that one did not go through as I had already pay other bills for they paycheck. This happened many of times because i have a bi weekly paycheck. If you have a bi weekly paying job stay away from flexshoper.com. I will never be a flexshoper customer again.

I love Flexshopper they have a wide…

I love Flexshopper they have a wide variety of merchandise and if they don't have what your looking for you can use flex wallet and get it from wherever you want they give quick approvals and are always friendly and ready to help I have been dealing with them for years and will continue to do business with them

Flexshopper, they are good for what they do.

It is flexshopper guys, I see this lower score and I didn't have a single problem with them. Was it a little higher than you expected with payments while you were browsing items. Yeah they were. But that's the nature of buying from a company like Flexshopper. I had absolutely no problems, could call them whenever I needed. Paid them off, end of story. I haven't bought anything else but at one point I have a pretty good balance. But just keep your payments current and you won't have any problems. Items were exactly what I had wanted (A desktop computer, a guitar, studio headphones, and wireless earbuds)

I have auto payments

I have auto payments, was happy, they even raised my credit. Now all of a sudden shows I have no credit, and no help from support talked a few times with them and they said it was fixed, but nothing changed. I'm ready to change my billing info and give up on them let them come for me for what's owed. Any time I try to chat, they are closed, and when I call I get nothing. My payment info is screenshotted to show I have never missed a payment, but screw me I guess...

A total scam

A total scam, I was declined but they still attempted to take money from my account, then told me I wasn't declined and that I had received the 4 tires I ordered lmao, then told me it was a tire agent issue, I called them & it was the exact same person who kept giving me bogus tracking numbers, fed ex literally told me that the place is a scam, I'm turning them into that scam guy from YouTube, I literally had to close my account to stop them from taking my money.

I ordered a microwave that was too big. In order to return I had to pay for shipping which was more then the thing cost to start with, Had no choice but to keep it. Very disappointed in them

Flex shopper is not worth reviewing.
They used to be an excellent financer, not anymore.
One can't even get a US based customer support anymore.

No thank you on contacting again, I refuse to deal with any overseas reps.

DO NOT PUT PAYMENT INFO IN! This is a class A scam website! I applied for a lease to own on their product and was denied. This is where the problems began. They started charging me account every week and claimed I had no lease with them. As soon as I asked to stop the payments the customer service rep hung up on me. SCAM and SHADY! I had to call my bank to stop the charges and file charge disputes due to them just taking money for no reason. You cant take your payment info out after putting it in so they can just greedily take money put when they please!

They will repossess and you will be charged for that. As for taking from your checking account, I cannot say. Just don't rip them off and you won't have to worry. If you cannot pay, call them and they will tell you how to return the item. So far I am pleased with the way they have treated me with a couple issues I had.

Because they are going to get your routing number, and take it from your checking account no matter what. They've taken around $1000 from mine for a $352.00 purchase, and are wanting $400 more. I'm going tomorrow to close my checking account. So if I were you, I'd stay the hell away!

A:

Yes. From the time you receive the item if you Pay it off within 90 days it is same as cash.

Why in the world was I not approved? I make almost 4,000 a month.

A:

My son wasn't approved either and he names more than I do, we called and talked time customer service and was told wait first letter. Once he gift the Kettering we called back it was something is simple his address the information they use to verify who you are didn't match is he had to redo his application, and change something.

It's not really based on your credit it's based on the checking information and if you have direct deposit going into that account regularly. That's what it is. My son makes more than 60k a year and he was denied because of the checking and him not having that account history long enough.

Yes. It will say Refurbished if it's not new but everything is new unless you want refurbished.
